How ordering works

• Submitting the order form is a request, not a purchase — no payment is taken online. Kelly confirms every order personally and agrees the final design, price, and pickup window with you before anything is due.
• We ask for at least 48 hours' notice on standard cakes; weddings and tiered orders need 2–3 weeks.

Payment, changes & cancellations

• Payment terms, deposits, and any cancellation or refund arrangements are confirmed with Kelly when she confirms your order.
• Need to change a confirmed order? Reach out as early as you can — we'll always do our best.

Allergens

• Our cheesecakes contain milk, wheat, and egg, and are prepared in a kitchen that also handles tree nuts and peanuts. Please tell us about any allergy when you order; some requests may not be safely accommodable.

Pickup

• All orders are free local pickup by appointment — Kelly confirms a pickup window with every order. We don't ship or offer courier service at this time. Cheesecakes are perishable — refrigerate promptly; we can't be responsible for cakes left unrefrigerated after handoff.
